Our facility is equipped with a 170-meter-long electrostatic powder coating conveyor line, designed to deliver high-quality, durable, and uniform surface finishing for sheet metal components.

The process begins with a chemical washing unit, where sheet metal undergoes thorough degreasing and surface preparation to ensure optimal paint adhesion. Following this, parts move to the powder coating application unit, where coating is applied using a dual-direction powder spray gun system, allowing precise control and operator intervention when necessary for consistent coverage.

After coating, products are transferred to the curing stage, where they are oven-baked at temperatures between 190°C and 200°C for approximately 9 minutes, ensuring strong adhesion, uniform thickness, and long-lasting surface durability.
